Happy Wednesday!! :)
How is your week so far? I hope good! Mine is just fine.
I know,i keep talking about the weather,like there is really nothing else going on in my life! ;) But i really can't get over,how beautiful it is here.I cleaned the balcony yesterday and husband brought the balcony furniture from the cellar.Means...i will be spending my afternoon playing some cards with my little one outside in the sun! :) Good life!! :)

We are having the most beautiful weather here in Germany!! So nice and warm.I just needed a T-shirt when i went outside with the dog!! Oh,i did wear some pants and shoes as well! haha

I needed a Birthday card for my brother for next week,so i thought the new retrosketches Challenge would be perfect for it!!

My card is hmmm...very simple,no bling,no Wink of Stella.Boohoo! :( That was a challenge for me,NOT using any of this.I just used a little glossy accents on the balloons.I am just so not a masculine card maker.Never been,and i think i never will be! I just love my bling and glitter way to much! hehe Oh and did i mention how much i hate it when cardstock starts working after putting on glossy accents. ;) I think that's also the reason i don't do much of heat embossing.I think that's just a "personal" problem i have,when cs starts working.Oh well...could be worst! hehe

As i said on the Blog,the first thing i thought of was flowers when i saw these colors! I don't know why,but i did! ;) So,i choose my flower first,then the papers/cardstock and the sentiment at the end.

Freshly Made Sketches #126

Hello everyone,

Happy Wednesday!! :)

As i said last week...here is a photo of Bailey. :) And yes,he really is a boy! :) Sometimes people get confused by his name.Even my kids did at the beginning.They said...Mom,but that's a girl name...everyone will think it's a she.hehe But i am used to these kind of things...my daughters name is Jamie and i still get letters from different office's like health insucrance or even from her school..YES her school...saying YOUR SON JAMIE...!! hehe So,i don't really mind people thinking Bailey is a girl. ;) :D

He is adorable...but oh boy...he knows how to keep us busy! ;) I wouldn't wanne miss him anymore though!!

Freshly Made Sketches #125

Hello everyone,

Happy hump day!! :)
I hope you are having a great week so far!!
I got a cold since last week...my second one for this year.Boohoo! ;) Haven't had one for over year,i guess it's trying to catch up! hehe

We got a new family member since sunday.It's an adorable 8 month old beagle.His name is Bailey.I saw him,and i knew...THIS dog is a Bailey. :) It used to be my best friends dog.But she just couldn't be there for him as much as she hoped she could.I NEVER wanted a dog or any other animal. But this little guy stole my heart and my friend was looking for someone,she knew would give him the love he needs.I will post a pic in my next post.

I made this card for my Grandma.She is a amazing Lady...full of energy! She has probably more energy as i do! ;) I am very proud to call her my Grandma!!! :)
Just like my great grandma...she is turning 95 in March,i am luckyto have these two in my life!!

Omg I love you

Happy Friday everyone!!
I hope you had a great week so far!! Mine was ok! Like always! :)

Our weather is SO weird!! We had snow twice this winter,which melted right away.It didn't really stick.It sure was cold,but now...it starts to feel like spring.The sun shines a lot,a sweater is enough for outside and my favorite "spring" birds allready whistle everyday.I LOVE it!!I don't need and want snow,so i am totaly ok with it.But this would be my first winter here in Germany,since i can remember that we didn't had a typical winter.Well...we'll see! :)

Finaly this week my Simon Says Stamp January Kit has arrived and so did the February Kit today.
How i hate that the post takes so very long sometimes!! :/
I used the January Kit to create a card for the latest CAS-ual Fridays Challange.

I usualy don't go over the edge,even though i like that look very much.But all of my cards are meant for my family members and friends in the USA.And my cards always fit just fine into our regular envelopes.So,thats why i try not to go over the edges.But this time i did,i will be giving this card to my 14 year old on Valentines Day,which doesn't need to be send!! ;)
