WOW,i actualy didn't upload a card yesterday...how weird!! haha
But i have one today,so it's all back to normal!! ;) Just kidding!

I've been a little "lazy" and just did some faux stitching on mine! ;)

Haven't done real stitching in...hmmm...well,it's been a while!!

Got my new order yesterday from Clearly Besotted!! Oh,how i LOVE this Company!!! I am so happy i discovered them!!

So i used their cute new Tasty Treats Stamp and Dies Set!

CAS-ual Fridays

Hello everyone,

I saw the latest CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Sequins & Chevrons and wanted to play along.I made a card using Chevron Pattern Paper.But as i got my order from My Creative Time yesterday,which also included the Build a Chevy Background i HAD to make a new one! ;) I will be showing the one i made first anyways.
This Chevron thing,just like the Hexagon trend started a while back,but got really populare when i took my crafting break.So,what is getting old to some of you,is pretty "new" to me.Means you'll be seeing a lot of Chevron and Hexagons creations from me in the next few weeks!! hehe

Season's Greetings

Hi everyone,

Happy sunday! :) I hope you all have a relaxing and nice day!!

I realized something today...i can NOT craft card without pattern papers.Yes,i've done it before...well,i think 3 times so far.But if i craft without,than i need some sort of huge focal image,or i use ink to color the cardstock.Since i became a lover of CAS,i tried at least 50 times...they all ended up somewhere in the corner or in the trash! I had a whole different card planed for this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch,and i finished it as well...BUT...it ended up in my not liking corner! So,i started over again,using my beloved pattern paper and now i am feeling compfy again! hehe

Here is my third Christmas card for this year.I will probably be crafting way more cards this year,than i'll need. ;) I placed my second order at Clearly Besotted Stamps today...have you seen their new release? AWESOME! Beautiful Christmas goodies!! :)
For this card i've also used Clearly Besotted Stamps...their "Signature Christmas" Set! LOVE it!!

Seize the Sketch

Happy Saturday everyone,

So,how was your weekend so far? Mine is fine right now.
We planed on taking the kids to downtown,a little shopping and yummy ice cream...but the weather thought that would be a bad idea...rain all day long!! Oh well,the strores won't run away! ;) And with the kids beeing home for Fall break the next two weeks,no need to hurry!

Today i am playing along in the Seize the Sketch Challenge.

I used the beautiful new papers from Echo Park  - 'tis the Season.I love them,because they include some non traditional colors,like black and grey!

The Stamps come from Clearly Besotted Stamps - Merry little Christmas ( bird ) and Signature Christmas ( sentiment )

Hi everyone,

I acutaly planed on,not crafting today! Yeah...right!!! ;)
As i was browsing the i-net i saw the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!
The Challenge...We're going Dotty...
so add some polka dots, spotty designer paper, embossed dots etc.

After thinking a little,i made this card in about 15 minutes...usualy it takes me way longer.Not that my cards look very time consuming,but for some reason most of them take me longer than 30-45 minutes.

We don't celebrate it here in Germany...i mean some do,some don't! It's by far not the same as it is in the USA.
Even though i have a big family in the USA and friends,i just hardly craft Halloween stuff.The few cards that i'll be making,will go to my little cousins and my nephew.

Hope you all have a great weekend so far!!
My 9 year old had a school fest this morning,including some presentations from the kids.
They had a project going on,last week...where Emilys class had to learn about the history of our town.So today they showed the posters they've made and a lot more.Was fun! I always love to see my girl talking infront of many people...she always pulls up her shoulders and talks like she couldn't hurt a fly!! haha So cute!!
