My Creative Time - 49th Edition Release Blog Hop

I really like my card i made for today,if i say so myself! ;)
I haven't layerd anything like that in a long time! But this Date Night Set is just perfect for it!!!
Everything you see on this card is from the new Date Night,besides the stitched panel,star and the stripes they are from the new Striped Backgound.The panel was cut with Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More and the Star is from Bunch of Stitched Star Dies! I colored the images with Spectrum Noir Markers! The sentiment was white heat embossed!!

My Creative Time - 49th Edition Release Teaser Day 4

Hello everyone,

Happy Thursday!!!

Thank you all so much for leaving your sweet and nice comments during our Sneaks!! Make sure to stop by again tomorrow,for our Blog Hop and you'll finaly be able to pick up lot's of new goodies over at My Creative Time!!

For our last Sneak Peek today,we will show you some fun dies!! They are called Stitched Pop-Up Pieces!! FUN!! Those are dies that will turn your card very quick into a pop up card!!

I started by die cutting a piece of white smooth cardstock with Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More! I stamped the new Stitched Background on it and clear heat embossed it!!
Than i sponged over with Distress Inks! I than die cut 2 circles from the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies Set and sponged them with the same colors,i've used on the background! Before i glued those pieces down i used one of the Stitched Pop-Up Dies on my cardbase,to create my Pop-Up part.And so you don't see it i cut a piece of white cardstock and glued it ontop of my cardbase! And than i glued down the colored pieces! Than i stamped,die cut and colored of the cupcakes from the Light the Candles Set! I stamped the sentiment which is also included in this Set ontop of the stitched Banner from the Vintage Stitched Label Dies!

And here is the inside!! I stamped,die cut and colored the other cupcake from the Light The Candles Set and stamped andother sentiment from this Set on this inside!
Bad photo...sorry...i should have taking it from another angle,so you could actualy see the pop up part!!

Freshly Made Sketches #213

Hello everyone,

Happy Wednesday!! :)

Welcome to a new Freshly Made Sketches!!
We have a wonderful Sketch for you this week,from the amazing Amy O'Neill!!
I love this Sketch and had a lot fun playing with it!!

I started by stamping Clearly Besotted's Basic Stripes on my cardbase with Versafine Black Onyx Ink!
Than i die cut a panel out of white smooth cardstock with My Creative Time Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More!! I stamped the new ( available this Friday ) Striped Background from My Creative Time on the Panel and clear heat embossed it! I than used Distress Inks to create the rainbow colors! The balloons are from My Creative Time's Stitched Party Dies,which i colored with some of the same colors as i used on the stitched panel! The black banner was die cut with My Creative Time's Vintage Stitched Lable Dies! Than i stamped a sentiment from Clearly Besotted's Sweet little Sentiments and white heat embossed it!!

My Creative Time - 49th Edtion Release Teaser Day 3

Hello everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!!

I hope you all like our Sneak Peeks so far?!! Great release...isn't it?!

I completly love today's Set's from My Creative Time, we are going to show you!! And i am sure you will too!!

We have two Set's today! First up it's a Stamp and Die Set called Date Night and a fun background including matching dies called Popcorn Background!!

I stamped the fun background straight to my cardbase and colored the popcorn with Spectrum Noir Markers! Than i die cut a few of the popcorns,colored them and poped them with 3D foam! I die cut the film reel and the ( i think you call it film maker or so ) from the Date Night Set and glued them to the left side of the card! Than i stamped the sentiment which is also included in this Set!
To create the popcorn bucket top i die cut a piece of white cardstock using one of edge die from the Fun Stitched Edges Die Set and colored a part of it with a red marker!! The red looks pretty bright here...but it isnt really!

My Creative Time - 49th Edtion Release Teaser Day 1

Hello everyone,

Happy Monday!! I hope you all had a great weekend!!

It's finaly My Creative Time's new release week!! :) Oh,we have many awesome new stamps and dies to show!! LOVE...LOVE them!!!

Today,we will start with Miss Emma's Freebie ( for the first 150 shoppers on Friday ),which is called Hi Sweetie and one of my favorites of this release is the awesome Striped Background Stamp!!

My card is very...very simple!! I tried sequins,banners going across the shaker part...but nothing looked right! Si i just kept it as simple as is! But i really like how it turned out!!

I first cut a panel out of white smooth cardstock with Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More! Than i die cut a circle in the middle of the panel with Bunch of Fun Circle Dies! I stamped the background and clear heat embossed it!! I glued some acetate behind the circle! Than i stamped and die cut the little candys and glued the straight down around the sentiment from the Hi Sweetie Freebie!! So it's a non shaker shaker card! ;)

Trending Now

Hello everyone,

Happy Thursday!!! :)

Today is Trending Now at My Creative Time!! This time it's all about Peekaboo cards!!

I had a little help from my 15 year old daughter Jamie! After i had cut out everything,i thought that it was just way to boring...all in white! So i asked her,what colors i should sponge around the holes, and she said, either cream or a light brown!

So i sponged around the circles with Tea Dye Distress Ink. The adorable images are from the new Mixed Just For You, just like the sentiment!!
I cut the circles with the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies!
I did my coloring with Spectrum Noir Markers, and added a little of Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents!!

Freshly Made Sketches #211

Hi everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!!

I am a little bit late today!! I thought i could get crafty this morning,but couldn't!! So i am a few hours late!

We have an amazing Sketch for you today by our wonderful and super creative Karren Johnson!!

I love her Sketch!! I am not sure though if i am really satisfied with my card!! I think i should have watercolored the circle in different colors?! But i was so late anyways...so i went with it!! It could be worse!! ;)
The leaves are from Clearly Besotted's Leafy Accents! The pretty flower is also from Clearly Besotted...the set is called Flowers & Flourishes! Aaaand the sentiment is also from CB,called Sentimantal Type!!
The circle was cut with My Favorite Things Zig Zag Stitched Circles!
I stamped the leaves with My Favorite Things Hybrid inks and did my watercoloring on the circle and flower with distress inks.

Made in Minutes

Hello everyone,

Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a great weekend and a fun Halloween!! :)

It's Made in Minutes at My Creative Time today!!

The card i made only took me about 15 minutes!!

I used Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies + More to cut a piece of watercolor cardstock! Than i stamped the new Best Friends Background on the panel and clear heat emossed it! I used some Distress Ink for the watercoloring on the background! Than i die cut the label die from the Stitched Belly Band Dies and sponged the bottom part with Distress Ink. The friend word die and sentiment are both from the new Friendships are Forever Stamp and Die Set!!
