Momo's Color Challenge

Momo is having a new Challenge over at her Blog!! Woohoo!! Loving her Challenges!♥ This time it's about colors...Aqua/Blue,Orange and White! Great color combination!
These colors actualy scream Summer,water...fun! I decided to do my first Create a Critter card for this Challenge! I LOVE...LOVE this Cartridge!!!!!♥

Caardvarks Challenge

I partipated over at caardvarks for the first time! They have some very awesome Sketches,great Sponsors and an awesome Team! They had two Sketches and it was so hard for me too choose,that i did 2 cards! :) Fun...fun!!
Their Sponsor for this Month a Tiffany Doodles.She creates amazing Digital Stamps! You do need to check her out!!! And i am not sure,if it's every thursday or tuesday,where you can download Freebies! Like i said,i'm not really sure!
Even though i am a Digital Scrapper and do hybrid i never used Digital Stamps before.So,i went ahead and downloaded 2 Freebies.A super gorgeous Birdhouse,and a image called Topiery! The reason why i downloaded the Freebies and didn't buy any,was because like i said i've never done any card using Digital Stamps.And i wasn't sure,how they would turn out after i'm done with them! :D I just wanted to make sure,i would not mess up the whole image! But now,where i know how,i will for sure buy the one or other image soon! They are really fun to work with!!

Ok,my first card i using the image,Topiery!!
I printed it out,colored it with normal Pencils,then cut the images out and poped them up with Foam Dots:

And my next card is using the Birdhouse!
What i did here is,i paper pieced it.I printed out the image twice.I took one and cut it in 3 parts.The roof,the front the and side part.I then used the 3 pieces as a tempate,traced them on pattern paper,cut them out and glued them ontop of the other image i printed out!

Haven't done Paper Piecing before.But i really like how it turned out! :)

Make a Child or Teen Birthday card...

This one wasn't really THAT easy for me.I only own 4 cartidges and i am still waiting on my Create a Critter.So i was thinking and thinking...:D Until i came up with the idea,i could use my Quickutz again!And that's where i punched out the cute Ladybugs!

2 Sketches 4 You

2 new Cards

The kids spend the evening with my Parents in Law and so i took the time,to sit down and get crafty a bit! :)
The weather is bad anyways,and so what else could be better than a nice hot cup of coffee or 2 or maybe more like in my case :) and craft the evening away?!
On my first card i used the Sweet Treats cartridge.I love this cartridge! So much sweet stuff you can do with it!



Supplies: Kioshi by Basic Grey,Buttons,Ranger Stickles,Satin Ribbon,Sentiment Stamp by Penny Black,EK Success Edge Punch and some Bling

And my second card is a hybrid card.I love how it turned out,if i do say so myself?! :)
I used Kay Miller's Beary Berry Sweet Digital Kit.



This Kit is ADORABLE!!!! Like everything Kay creates! Kay is such a sweet person.And an amazing Designer!! Gotta Love her! :)

I printed every piece out,glued it together and used some buttons,Bling,satin Ribbon and Ranger Stickles.
The font i used is called Segoe Print.

2 more for my Pink Stamper

I did get 2 more projects done for the My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge's!
The first one is a Tag i made for the "Getting Scrappy" Challenge.Rule:
Make a project incorporating your scraps.Pretty Simple! :)
So,here are a few of the scraps i used,it's from the Kioshi Collection by Basic Grey...i LOVE this collection!!

And here is my card for the "I like you the least" Challenge.Rule:
Make a project using your least favorite or least used cartridge.
I used the Accent Essentials for my card.Don't get me wrong,it's not like that i don't like it.I just haven't used it much,since for ME it's kind of hard to work with.I do like it,just haven't done much with it.
And i usualy don't do much distressing on my projects.But after i cut out the flowers,they looked so plain to me.And i didn't liked that!
So that's why i crumbled them and did a little distressing here.

My Pink Stamper Challenge's

I was only able to get 2 projects done today for the My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge's! The Challenges are still going on,but for me it's time to go to bed now! :)
But before i go,i thought i better post my stuff,since i am not sure if i'll be able to until Monday.
The first Project is a Party Favor i made using the Sweet Treats cartridge! It's for the "Mother Dear,I love you so" Challenge.The rules are:
Make a scrapbook layout, card or other item with your mother or someone dear to you in mind.
So,i made this little basket that i will fill with some candies and a little chocolate for mother's day.
Here it is:
And as you may see,i used Glossy Accent on the dark brown heart,that wasn't even dry all the way when i took that photo! :)

I didn't use Ribbon for the strap,i used Bazzill CS and my EK Success Edge Punch.

And here is my take on the "Kids Craft,too" Challenge.
Another fun one! I used my SCAL2 and this Free Hello Kitty Dingbat i got at dafont.com!

Happy NSD

I wanted to participate in a few Challenges and where able to get 3 done today. :) Better than nothing! :D
The first card i made is for Momo's Challenge,where you are supposed to scrap a Guy card! And this sure was a Challenge for me! :) In all those years a have been scrapbooking and creating cards,i think i did 2 or maybe 3 "Men" cards.I am just not good at it.I miss the cute little flowers,the glitter and everything.:D
So,here is my take on the Challenge:



I also used my Quickutz for this card,that i haven't touched in many many month.I used it to punch out the Stars!
