Hi everyone,

Happy Friday!! :) Yes...finaly! :)
I hope everyone had a wonderful week!! Ours was ok,like always! ;) The weather isn't as good as it could be,but it could be worse!

I made a few cards the last couple of days and they are all made with Clearly Besotted goodies!
I got a few new Set's that i haven't used right away,and with the fair going on in town,it gave me a little time to make some cards using these Sets! My girls just enjoy their time with their friends there and Mom get's to craft! hehe

I hardly craft cards anymore just because.Actualy most of them are made for Challenges.But only because i am drowned in cards! ;) I cut back,the moment i realized, i have way to many cards,and not enough family members or friends to give them to! hehe
Anywhom...

Yes,a Easter card! :) I mean hey,there will be another Easter next year!! ;)

Happy Wednesday!!
I hope all of you had a great week so far!! :)

Welcome to a new Freshly Made Sketches Challenge!
We have one awesome Sketch for you this week,by Narelle!!
I loved her Sketch the minute i saw,so easy to work with!! Love it!!

I finaly got the Elegant Butterflies Set from Clearly Besotted,they where always sold out pretty quickly.I did some watercoloring on the Butterfly,using a Waterbrush and Distress Inks.To make sure the colors stay in place ( i am sure i would have colored over the lines ;) ),i stamped the butterfly with Versafine Black Onix Ink and heat embossed it with Clear Glitter Embossing Powder!
For the background i used Heidi Swapps Chevron stencil and dabbed Distress ink over it.

Hi everyone,

This is my second post for today!! You may scroll down for the new Freshly Made Sketches Challenge! :)

I would like to welcome you,to a new The Card Concept Challage!
Every "Purple" lover will LOVE this Challenge! :)

Purple is my absolute favorite color...always has been!! I got a lot of eye rolling through the years...people never seemed to understand WHY in the world purple?!! hehe
BUT,my favorite Paper Companies don't seem to be a huge fan of this color,so i don't own any papers,and boy...i have quite a few paper packs!! haha
If you know any purple paper packs,please let me know,maybe i just missed them!!

 Because i couldn't use pattern papers,this sure was a Challenge for me.I am not even sure if you can call my card a Freesty Collage card,i think it looks to "clean" for it! Sorry!! :/
I tried some inlay die cutting on this one.Seen so many beautiful cards all over the internet and this was a good time for me to try it out.And i really like how it turned out.

I must admit...i did had some problems...yes,with my own Sketch! haha
I tried several squares with several images,and nothing turned out ok.So i ended up with a circle image.And the circle ontop is a little big,so you can't really see the half circle underneith,but it's there! :)

This is my second post for today! You may wanne scroll down for the new Freshly Made Sketches Challenge! :)

Welcome to a brand new Challenge at The Card Concept!!
I just love all the beautiful creations the Team has created!!
And it's always fun to see what you all come up with!!

And here come my Fresstyle Collage card!
I'm not sure,if i went a little crazy on mine?!! :D BUT,i sure had a lot of fun creating it!! I just couldn't stop adding stuff!! ;)
After i choose my sentiment,i thought it would be a fun idea to let little hearts rain! I created the background,with clouds that i die cut ( using them as a mask ) and distressed it using tumbled glass and peacock feathers Inks.
I covered the clouds with Rock Candy Distress Glitter to give it MORE shine! :) Just like the little hearts that i covered with Glossy Accents! So,i have rain and shine on my card! :)

My daughter's teeth surgery went very well,last Thursday!!! She did had a little pain when she woke up,but wasn't to bad.And as soon as she asked for her phone like an hour later,i knew,she is just fine!! :D I mean,hey...she had to take a pic of the needle that was still stuck in her arm,just to send it to her friends.Yap...things the world NEEDS to see!! haha

Hi everyone,

Happy Hump Day!! :)

I am so nervoes.My 14 year old girl Jamie,will get 2 teeth pulled tomorrow,under general anaestethic.One of them is stuck in her palate! Scares the crap out of me! It could be tomorrow afternoon allready,wished it be over! Yes...i worry...i always worry!! ;) I've been under general aneastethic a few times myself,and never had problems and to be honest i always liked these few little seconds before it knocked me out!! haha But it's something different when it comes to my kids! ;)

We are having the most beautiful weather here.LOVE it!! Went to downtown today,for a little shopping.Our stores are usualy not open on sundays,but every now and than,we have a open sunday.Today was one of them,and downtown was crowded! I had no idea,there are so many people living in this town! ;)

And now,welcome to a new The Card Concept Challange!!! Me loving this one a looooot!!! :D

Perfect Challenge for me! ;) I am pretty much Butterfly addicted.I love these beautiful little "creatures"! I have two butterflies tattooed with the names of my sweet girls ontop of each one.Yes...now everyone knows i am tattooed! ;)

I focused pretty much on the beautiful colors of the butterfly from the inspiration photo! I used Shadow Inks and a stamp from Simon Says Stamp to create the background.I used the same inks to color in the two banner shaped stripes.I used the Wink of Stella pen and Glossy Accents on my butterfly to give it this beautiful shine.I also used a few Gemstones,but not to much,so the focus will stay on the butterfly.
