Welcome to our 2nd The Card Concept Challenge!!
You guys rock!!! We had a total of 104 entries for our first Challenge...SO awesome!! Thank you everyone!! :) We had a Color Challenge last time,this time it's about to use Texture!

Freshy Made Sketches #120

Hi everyone,

Happy Hump Day! :)

We have some one weird weather over here in Germany.Still didn't had any snow.Well...one day and that was at the beginning of December.It's not even very cold.But i am pretty sure we will be getting snow soon,and i know by now that i'll hate it!! ;) I like snow...on the 24th,25th and 26th of December,but anything later than that is expendable. ;)

Ok,today i'de like to welcome you to our new Freshy Made Sketches #120 Challenge!!
Our host today is Rita,and she has an awesome Sketch for us all.I am such a huge fan of banners...i think i will always love it,i never seem to get tired of anything banner shaped!!

Before i'll show my card,i'de like to thank everyone who partipated in our last Challenge!
I was so happy and proud to see so many play along!! Thank you! :)


I recently got my first Stamps by Lawn Fawn.Most of you'll be like "WHAT...what's wrong with you...how can you wait for soooo long"??!! hehe
It's most likely a money question.I just don't like to order 1 or 2 stamp sets from the USA.Because most of the time,the shipping will be higher than the products itselfs.
And now,my favorite German online Store has stocked up on Lawn Fawn.Even though i might pay a few $ more for a Set,i still know i'll get them like 2 days later.And shipping from the USA sometimes takes weeks.
Well...i know my little guy doesn't look like a Yeti...but hey...it's a rare find!! :D

I got my new Clearly Besotted goodies yesterday!! :) Love their new release!
So of course i had to make a card for their new Challenge with the theme "Love"!

I took the photo of the card on my window today with natural light..I usualy use my light from my desk. I never use flash...but for some reason no matter where i take the pics,i just don't like how they turn out.Whenever i see everyones pics taken with natural light,i am in awww...i just can't get it to work!! Pfff Well...enough of crying around!! :D

Here is my card,using Clearly Besotted's "Up in the Air" Stamps and Dies and "Key to my Heart" Stamps.

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #119

Hello everyone,

First of all...sorry that i am not around much at the moment.
I have been a little busy the last couple of weeks.A lot of doctor apps for myself and my daughter.My daughter is fine,but she is finaly getting her braces and we keep running between her dentist,orthodontist and oral surgeon.We had 2 apps today,will be having one tomorrow,and i'll be having one on thursday.I need to get shots in my shoulder.My left pointer finger and middle finger have been numb since December...my left arm hurts like hell,and since the medicin didn't help i need to get shots now.I hope that will help because this numb feeling and pain is getting pretty much on my nervs!!
Ok anways...just a little update why i am not around so much.

Now onto our new Freshly Made Sketches #119 Challenge!! :)
I am very excidet about this one,because i've designed the Sketch for this week! :) I really hope you will like it and i would LOVE to see my readers play along with us!! Would make me very happy!!
The Team has done a beautiful job on this Sketch...well...they always do!! :)

The Card Concept #1

This is my second post for today.

Today is the day...we would like to welcome you to our very first The Card Concept Challenge!!!!!!

I embossed my background with clear glitter embossing powder.Than i took a heart shape,glued it on my cs using removable adhesive and inked over it with Distress Ink.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas time with your families!! :)
Our's was great!!! Being together with the family is still the best part of it.

Wishing you a Happy Sunday! :)

Almost Christmas...gosh,this month has passed SO quick,unbelievable.This whole year went by SO fast!! Scary.I can't believe that my daughter Jamie will turn 14 on the 26th...makes me feel SO old!! ;)
Well...as longest my girls and all of their friends think that i am one cool Mom,i guess i can live with it!! haha

Ok,on to my card i made for the latest CAS-ual Fridays Challenge.They teamed up for this Challenge with 10 Minute Craft Dash.
I really tried the 10 Minutes...but i couldn't make it!! This card took me somewhat between 20-30 minutes.

I will also upload this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge,"Bling it On"!!

CAS(E) this Sketch

I got the Love Hearts Stamps and Dies from Clearly Besotted almsot 2 weeks ago,and after i saw the Sketch,i knew right away i would use this Set.I used clear embossing powder on the 2 bottom Hearts and Ranger Pearl embossing powder on the top one.Looks so pretty in person!!
