Welcome to a new Freshly Made Sketches Challenge!!
Our hostess this week is the wonderful Linda Callahan!!
She created a fun and very versatile Sketch for us this week!! So many ways on how you can use it!!

I thought it would be about time to create a little something for one my girls teacher.
The background was made using Color Box Frost White Ink.I dipped a dry Baby Whipe in to the ink and rubbed it on to a piece of black Cardstock.The stripes on the bottom come from Clearly Besotted's Diagonal Stripes Stamp Set,which i white heat embossed.The Appel,Pencil,Note and sentiment are also from a Clearly Besotted Set called Teacher's Pet!

The Card Concept #17

Hi everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!

Today i am back with a new The Card Concept Challenge!!
We have a beautiful inspiration for you this week!!

This time i am showing you a card made with the Clean and Layerd style!!
Sorry for the bad pic.We have way to much rain here in Germany.Makes it pretty hard for me,taking a good pic.
I was of course inspired by the flower and the colors!! I used a Set from Clearly Besotted called You are,since the petals of these flowers came pretty close to the inspiration pic.
The leaves where die cut out of vellum and white heat embossed! The sentiment is also from Clearly Besotted,from their elegant Butterflies Set! The stitched layer die is from My Creative Time called Stitched Journal Die.And i've used My Favorite Things - Sour Apple Hybrid Ink to stamps the flowers.

Today i have a card for you that i made for the latest CAS-ual Fridays Challenge.
This will be their last Challenge for this year,but they'll return 2015. I think everyone needs a break every once in a while,so i totaly understand!!

I choose the first row,Chevron,Black and Sequins!
Sorry for the quality,it has been raining all day,so the light isn't the best.
I stamped the Chevrons with My Creative Time's Build a Chevy Background Stamps.
The stitched speech bubble ( Speech Bubble Sentiments ) as well as the sentiment ( You are Fabulous ) are also from My Creative Time! The star is an old Fun Foam Sticker that has been flying around for quite a qhile.

You color my World

Hi everyone,

Happy Friday!! :)

Hopefuly everyone had a wonderful week!
I guess our summer is over.It already started when my brother got here 3 weeks ago.Many storms,a lot of rain...A LOT,and for the past 2-3 days it started to get cold.That was a quick summer.But i already knew it wouldn't last to long,since we had the most amazing Spring.Means i get to have more time inside to craft! hehe

Ok,my card today is for the new CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge!!

I've used My Creative Time's - Stitched Scallop Heart Die Set and Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies,to die cut the pretty hearts on my top layer.I colored them with Distress Inks.
And the beautiful Hummingbird is from Create a Smile's Jungle Fever Stamp Set! Colored it with Twin Touch Markers.

My Creative Time - Color Challenge

Hi everyone,

Happy Thursday!!
Hope everyone had a great week so far!!

I already miss my brother like crazy...but glad he made it home safe yesterday!!

Ok,for today i got a card i made for the latest My Creative Time Color Challenge!!
Love these colors together!!

The only color i didn't use,was the dark blue.I couldn't make it work on my card for some reason!!
I water colored the background.I started without knowing what kind of stamps i would use.The longer i looked at the piece,i thought it pretty much looked like an ocean or so! So i used My Creative Time's Surf's Up Stamp and Die Set.The stitched banner comes from My Creative Time's Chocolate Kisses Stamp and Die Set.
I just got the Tim Holtz Watercolor Cardstock and i LOVE it!! It really is the best out there.At least better than the ones i used before!!

Freshly Made Sketches #149

Hi everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!!

I am sorry,that i am a little late today!! I thought i wouldn't make it at all,but lucky i did! :)

So,my brother left yesterday...we had 3 awesome weeks though!!! I hate to say goodbye!! :(
Right now,i am following his flight on flightaware .com,so i can see right where his plane is and how many more hours he has to go! :) Poor guy,he did leave yesterday,but had to spend the night at the airport in Luxemburg.His first plane left at 6am ( german time ) to Amsterdam,and his second plane from there left at 9:50am.I bet he is pooped when he gets home.Right now it's 15:00pm and he has 6 more hours.Ok,now you all know how my brothers day went so far!!haha

On to our new Freshly Made Sketches Challenge!!
Rita is our hostess this week!! I adore Rita's cards!! I am very proud to be on a Team with these amazing ladys!!!

I got my new Stamps from Create a Smile yesterday!! And of course i had to use one of the new Set's called Your View!! What an adorable Set!! Love it!!
I did a little watercoloring on the stitched panel!!

You make my heart happy

Happy Saturday!! :)

I hope you are having a great weekend so far!!
Mine is great so far!!

My brother went to a friend today,to tell him goodbye before he leaves on Tuesday,so i took these few hours to create a card! :)

My card is for the latest CAS(E) this Sketch and Tag You're it Challenges!! They teamed up for this Sketch Challenge!! Here comes the awesome Sketch:

My card turned out to be very...very similar to the Sketch.Even the colors...which i didn't even noticed first!! :) Oh well... ;)
I picked up a few of the My favorite Things Hybrid Inks.Love these inks.So i used them on my card,for the stripes on the left and the hearts and "happy"!
I stamped the stripes on the left and on the right side of my tag using Clearly Besotted's Basic Stripes.
The stamped hearts,sentiment and word die come from My Creative Time's Happy Thoughts Set.
The Tag ( My Creative Time - Tag Dies ) is acutaly a little larger,but i cut it out to be smaller by partial die cutting. The stitched Heart Layering Dies and stitched Restroom peeps Dies are also from My Creative Time! And of course i had to add some MME - Enamel Dots and Wink of Stella on the word die!! :)

Before i'll get started,i'de like to say sorry again for hardly leaving any comments right now.
My brother will only stay till next Tuesday,so after he leaves i'll be back to normal! :)

You will also love the Sketch she created for us this week!!

I've used the beautiful Stamp Set from My Creative Time called " You are Fabulous "! I love the font Emma used for the words!! The grungy stripes on the right,are also included in this Set!!
The scallopes edge on the left are also from My Creative Time "Fun Stitched Edges" just like the hearts,they are from Emma's "Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies"!

The Card Concept #16

Hello everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!

Today,i am back with a new Challenge over at The Card Concept!!

I am pretty excidet to be announcing that i am a part of the new Wild Card Team!!

Means that i am going to be part of every Challenge,showing you cards of each Style.
I know that i may be struggling with a few ( haha ),but hey it's a Challenge! And i like to try new things every once in a while!!
I hope that i am able to show you each style as good as possible!!

For this Challenge,i made a card using the Clean and Simple Style

I made a one layer card.I drew a circle,using a circle die and a pencil.Than i started stamping the pretty blue flowers from Clearly Besotted's Love Blossom Set.Than i created 2 masks,one from the large flower and one from the smaller one.I than started stamping the leaves around the flowers using the masks in between!!Than i stamped the pretty sentiment in black,which is also from Clearly Besotted's Love Blossom.At the end a few Rhinestones,and i called it done! :)

Happy Wednesday!!
Sorry,i am little late today.I am a little busy at the moment.
My brother suprised me last thursday from the USA! :)
I had NO clue he'de be coming over.Actualy we wanted to go over to visit,but it just didn't work out.
He already knew for the past 6 weeks,that he'de be coming.i had no idea.I cryed like a baby,when i saw him standing in the kitchen when i got back from grocery shopping! :) He is not just my brother,but also my best friend!! SO glad to have him in my life!!!
He'll only stay 2 more weeks,so i really wanne spend as much time as possible with him!!!

First thing i thought of,where candles!!

Create a Smile Guest DT - Friends in the Woods

Hello everyone,

Here i am with my third and last post as Create a Smile's Guest DT!! :(
Was a great month with them.To bad though that this month went by so fast!
I would like to thank them again for having me and i wish them all the success they need to stick around with the crafty world for many...many years!!!
Danke nochmal Christine,war richtig schön!! Wünsche dir/euch ganz ganz viel Erfolg!! Du hast es verdient!!

For my card i am again using Friends in the Woods! One of the most cutest critter sets out there!!!

I kept my card pretty simple today.I choose the adorable squirrel from this Set,which i cut out leaving a small white border and colored it with Twin Touch Markers.
The background was created using Tumbled Glass and Peeled Paint distress inks.I made my own little hills with masking paper.
The cute little tree trunk and the hearts above the sentiment come from an older Hero Arts Set called Whoo loves you.
The sentiment comes from My Creative Time's Bracket Sentiments.I white heat embossed the sentiment and the hearts.
The sun is from Simon Says Stamp's Color and Sunshine Set.And to finish my card,i of course used some MME Enamel Dots!

Sorry for the bad quality.I am still taking the pics with my phone until i have a new card reader.

Create a Smile Guest DT - Friends in the Woods

This is my third post for today! Please scroll down for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge and The Card Concept Challenge!!

Here i am with my second post as Create a Smile Guest DT!! 
I hope some of you already checked out their super cute stamps!! You will NOT be disapointed,believe me!!
I just can't get enough of these adorable critters from their Friends in the Woods Stamp Set!!
Just like my daughter! ;) She LOVES to stamp them,color them and cut them out...just for fun!! So,they have been used quite a few times! :) Shows,that these Stamps are high quality!!!

Today i have a Tag for you.You may already heard of the new Challenge Blog Tag You're It?!
Their Guest Designer for their second Challenge is the amazing Laura Bassen!!
They choose a beautiful Tag from Laura as their Inspiration!!

I die cut my Tag with the Tag Dies from My Creative Time and used Hero Arts Woodgrain Stamp,white heat embossed it and went over it with Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks.The leaves where also die cut using Clearly Besotted's Leafy Accents out of Vellum and Black Cardstock.I stamped the Hello My using My Creative Time's Label Font Alpha and used some Glossy Accents for a more realistic finish.I used some Wink of Stella on the word die from Clearly Besotted and the black leaves for a nice shine.
And of course the super cute Owl from Create a Smile's Friends in the Woods Set,which i water colored using the same distress inks and fuzzy cut it,leaving a small white border around it.Some enamel dots and i called it finished! :)

The Card Concept #15

Hi everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!

Today i have a card for you for the new The Card Concept Challenge!!
We have a beautiful Color Challenge for you!!

Here comes my card for the Freestyle Collage Style!
I must admit i had quite a hard time! The colors are beautiful,but i just couldn't make it work on my card! When i saw the cards from them Team on the Team Blog,i thought...how to they do this everytime?! :) Well...it could be worse!! haha

I used the Build a Chevy Background Stamps from My Creative Time for the background.White Heat Embossed it and distressed it with Tumpled Glass Distress Ink.
The big ambersand die is also from My Creative Time,which incluses 3 matching Stamps to go ontop.I heat embossed it with clear glitter powder. To bad you can't really see the pattern.

Another thing i would like to mention...Sorry for the poor picture.My card reader broke,means i can't upload the pictures from my DSRL camera to my computer.Now i have to take the photos with my Phone until i have a new one! :/

You're my shining Star

Hello everyone,

Happy Monday! I hope everyone was having a great weekend!!

I am getting ready here in a little,to bring my 10 year old to school.They will be having a sleepover in the school tonight.It's like an "goodbye" party.Friday will be their last day,and than 6 weeks off.
Can't believe she'll be a 5th grader than and my big one will be a 9th grader.Gosh...it's so hard to see them grow so fast.My best friend was here today,and she brought some old photo albums,inlcuding pics when she was holding my big one when she was a baby,and i was holding her girl,and she is already 17 now.Yap,it's official...we are getting old!! hehe

Ok,on to my card for today.It's for the latest CASE Study Challenge.I would like to thank you girls from CASE Study again for choosing my card as the winner 2 weeks ago!! I was happy like a little kid in a toy store! :) Shari Carroll is such an inspiration to me,that my happiness was twice as much when i saw my card on the front page! :)
I made a card for their last Challenge as well but missed the deadline! :/

Create a Smile Guest - Friends in the Woods

I mainly focused on the color orange for my card.

Freshly Made Sketches #145

Hi everyone,

Happy Wednesday!!
I hope everyone had a great week so far!! :)
Sorry,i am so quiet at the moment.I had a stomach flu last week.Went to the doctor yesterday,since i keep having heartburning since last month,and well i have gastritis.So,i am not even sure if it was the stomach flu last week,or if it came from the gastritis.The only thing that bothers me about this whole thing,i am not allowed to drink coffee! Serious?? Me and no coffee,is like summer without sun...just doesn't fit!! haha
Oh and i am not allowed to eat stuff that has been baked/cooked in a pan or the oven.Nice...that means i will finaly loose some more weight!! hehe Because there is not much left to eat than!! ;)
Anyways...
