I hope you all had a great weekend!
Today was the first school day for my girls after the fall break! Was so nice having them home.
Need to get used to the silence again in the morning! ;)

Today i am playing along in the new Clearly Besotted Challenge.
I made 4 cards for this Challenge,and none of them turned out the way i liked.
I've tried to stick with the color palette of the inspiration photo,i just couldn't get it to work. ;)
Glad Stephanie said,that we could skip it and just create something with a Autumn Theme!

I've watched Jennifer McGuire's DIY Stamped Wreath Video,where she used a tassel stamp to create a wreath.I love how she always uses stamps in so many different ways!! So,the first thing i thought of when i watched it,where the two little firework stamps from the new Set the Scene Set by Clearly Besotted.And so i took these Stamps to create a Autumn Wreath.I also used the Bow from the Signature Christmas Stamps plus the matching Die.The Sentiment comes from the Many Messages Set.

CASE Study

I allready started working on this card and got it done today.

This one is going to be for the new CASE Study Challenge.

The inspiration from Elena Roussakis.

And here is my take

When i saw the red checked,i believe it's a little envelope,i knew i wanted to use the beautiful Butterfly from the Butterfly Wishes Additions Stamps and Dies by Clearly Besotted.

For the layer i used the Woodgrain Stamp from Hero Arts and clear embossed it on Bazzill Kraft CS.

My take on the Challenge! How i love the new Set the Scene Stamps by Clearly Besotted!! The little snowman is adorable!! I gave him a black nose and realized after it,he almost looks like a Koala!! haha

My second post for today...because that's how i roll! :D Na...just kidding...i just had a little bit more crafty time today! :)

My second card now is for the latest Addicted to CAS Challenge " Transparent ", and the Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge "Christmas/Happy Holiday"!

For my card i inked a piece of Cardstock using Distress Ink,i than stamped the tress on it and glued it to my main card base.For the layer,i took white cardstock,and cut a piece out with the same size as the green stamped stripe.I took clear acetate and glued it on the 2 pieces of the layer and popped it up with 3D tape.I know you can not see the acetate,but it's really there! :)

Runway Inspired Challenge

Hello everyone,

Happy Hump Day! :)
Can't believe it's allready Wednesday again! My girls will go back to school on monday after 2 weeks.Hard to believe their Fall Break is almost over! Love having them home!!

Only 2 more days and finaly my favorite Show will start again ( here in Germany ),The Walking Dead. It allready started on Sunday in the States...how i hate to live here! ;)
It will be kind of weird though now.My brother always used to come over and we watched it together,that was OUR friday night! :) But he moved to the California in February.At least we got to watch the last show together before the break.

Ok,on to my card i made.It's for the Runway Inspired Challenge.I love the inspiration!!

The card i made is for my Mom,it's her Birthday on Sunday...so this Challenge came in handy...she loves Orange. :)

Pinspired Challenge

For the second time today....hello everyone! :)

I managed to create 2 cards today! :)
My girls are spending the night at their friends houses.
Gosh,it's so quiet in here! The last few nights i had their friends sleeping over here.So it's a pleasant change,that tonight it's my girls turn! :)
So,i'll probaby be spending my Saturday night crafting as long as my eyes are open!! haha

My second card here is for the Prinspired Challenge.I just discovered their Blog and really liking the inspirations they are giving!!

For my card,i've used the Basic Stripes Stamps that i got yesterday from Clearly Besotted.I clear embossed them and used Distress Inks on top! I've also used their Many Messages and It's your Birthday Stamps and Dies.

CAS-ual Fridays

I saw the latest CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Sequins & Chevrons and wanted to play along.I made a card using Chevron Pattern Paper.But as i got my order from My Creative Time yesterday,which also included the Build a Chevy Background i HAD to make a new one! ;) I will be showing the one i made first anyways.
This Chevron thing,just like the Hexagon trend started a while back,but got really populare when i took my crafting break.So,what is getting old to some of you,is pretty "new" to me.Means you'll be seeing a lot of Chevron and Hexagons creations from me in the next few weeks!! hehe

Season's Greetings

Hi everyone,

Happy sunday! :) I hope you all have a relaxing and nice day!!

I realized something today...i can NOT craft card without pattern papers.Yes,i've done it before...well,i think 3 times so far.But if i craft without,than i need some sort of huge focal image,or i use ink to color the cardstock.Since i became a lover of CAS,i tried at least 50 times...they all ended up somewhere in the corner or in the trash! I had a whole different card planed for this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch,and i finished it as well...BUT...it ended up in my not liking corner! So,i started over again,using my beloved pattern paper and now i am feeling compfy again! hehe

Seize the Sketch

Happy Saturday everyone,

So,how was your weekend so far? Mine is fine right now.
We planed on taking the kids to downtown,a little shopping and yummy ice cream...but the weather thought that would be a bad idea...rain all day long!! Oh well,the strores won't run away! ;) And with the kids beeing home for Fall break the next two weeks,no need to hurry!

Today i am playing along in the Seize the Sketch Challenge.

I used the beautiful new papers from Echo Park  - 'tis the Season.I love them,because they include some non traditional colors,like black and grey!

Hi everyone,

I acutaly planed on,not crafting today! Yeah...right!!! ;)
As i was browsing the i-net i saw the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!
The Challenge...We're going Dotty...
so add some polka dots, spotty designer paper, embossed dots etc.

After thinking a little,i made this card in about 15 minutes...usualy it takes me way longer.Not that my cards look very time consuming,but for some reason most of them take me longer than 30-45 minutes.
